How to add Contact form on Blogger Change Style Install it on Static Pages

While going through various widgets on blogger dashboard i  came across a must use widget that everybody on the bloggersphere network should use on his/her blogsite, which is the contact form.

The contact form for Blogger has the following features:

• Field for the user name
• Field for email
• Submit Button
• Field for the message (text-area)

 The design is simple and the text colors inherit the section where you add it. At the moment, this widget has no configuration options and is not available for dynamic views.

How to Add Contact Form to Blogger

To add it to your blog, just select the Layout tab, then click on Add a gadget in the section you want to show, for example, if is in the sidebar you want to add the contact form. Then, select the More gadgets tab and add the Contact Form gadget.

Styling Contact Form

As the background is transparent, the form will integrate well, but its easy to modify using Style Sheets (CSS) to the appropriate selectors. Heres an example:

To add this style, go to Template > Edit HTML, click on the sideways arrow next to <b:skin>...</b:skin> and paste the code just above ]]></b:skin> (press CTRL + F to find it):

How To Add Contact Form In A Static Page

First step is to add the Contact Form gadget (Layout) and second, to edit the template (Template > Edit HTML) to remove most of the gadget. You have to search for the id "ContactForm", expand the widget by clicking on the black arrow on the left (same with the includable) and then delete the part that I have colored in red (see below):

After you have saved the template, go to Pages and paste the following code into a new blank page with the title you want:

Messages will be sent to the same email that you have registered in Blogger.

How To Apply for Ekiti State University Post UTME Form 2016 2017

Eligibility To Apply Ekiti State University 2016/2017 Post-UTME

1. Application are invited from applicants who choose the institution during JAMB UTME and must have scored 180 and above in the 2016 JAMB UTME examination. 
2. EKSU will admit only candidates who have at least Five (5) OLevel credit passes in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB in the relevant subjects in not more than more sitting.
3. Direct Entry candidates who has Upper Credit and above are expected to apply for the POST-UTME screening exam. 

How To Apply for Ekiti State University Post-UTME Form 2016/2017

• Applicants are to pay a certain sum of Five Thousand Naira (NGN 5,000.0) only which will cover the cost of registration, processing and downloading of past quetions. The details of your payment can be accessed at the official portal of the University www.eportal.eksu.ng.

• Log on to www.eportal.eksu.ng.

• Click on Post UTME Application

• You should download your payment slip, to download it you will be required to provide your JAMB UTME Registration Number, Name and select the bank you would wish to pay to.

• Take the payment slip to any branch of the selected bank for payment.

• log on to www.eportal.eksu.ng. to fill the Post UTME form and attach 1" x 1" colour passport photograph with red background in JPEG format only(Note that Your UTME Number is your User ID while th Transaction ID obtained from the bank is your password).

• Your will have to preview, confirm, submit and print out the completed form which will contain date and the time of the screening examination and bring along with you on the allotted screening date.

• Candidates are to come to the examination hall with the following item: 

1. (A) JAMB Registration Slip, 
2. (B) Acknowledgement slip, that is the Printout made after Registration for Post-UTME, 
3. (C) 1" X 1" colour passport with red background used for Post-UTME Registration.

• Applicants can download past questions from the University Website.

• On arrival on the examination day, candidate are to report at University Auditorium for necessary briefing on the conduct of the examinations.

”The registration fee for the UTME is N5,000 and candidates are also to pay N500 to obtain the textbook, The Last Days at Forcados High School’.

The registration deadline for 2016 JAMB is on January 31, 2016 (i.e JAMB 2016 e-Registration will close on January 31, 2016, please take note).

JAMB 2016 e-Registration Prerequisite

1. Purchase your Scratch Card from any of the approved selling points
2. Download the e-registration form template
3. Fill it and get your recent (Not more than 3 months) Passport Photograph scanned into JPEG format
4. Take the filled form along with you to any of the approved Registration centres and ensure that your two (2) thumbs prints are captured (Biometrics).
5. This can be done (with DIGITAL PERSONA Scannner ONLY) online or offline
6. No Licence is required for DIGITAL PERSONA Scannner
7. Biometrics details and complete registration details can also be captured offline
8. Your PIN and Serial Number shall be required during Offline and Online registration
9. For ease of registration, you are advised to capture your Biometrics and complete Registration details offline
