HOW TO GO BACK TO YOUR PREVIOUS BBM VERSION

Are you having a problem with the new bbm? follow the steps bellow to download the previous version.

This new version of BBM 8.0 for BlackBerry smartphones includes some new features like BBM Channels and new features in BBM Updates.


BBM Channels
• BBM Channels is a forum for active, real conversations happening right now between people, brands and communities.
• By creating a Channel, you can start conversations sparked by your thoughts, ideas and passions.
• Subscribing to Channels lets you join conversations with others who share your interests.

Enhanced BBM Updates
• The BBM Updates feed is now richer, and more graphical. It blends personal updates, as well as Channels updates, for a rich viewing experience

Performance enhancements
• This new version also includes a number of updates to the BBM user experience.

Whats wrong:
• You get lots of  updates from just 1 contact which kills your battery
• The blackberry messanger hangs your phone, even if you have lots of free application memory on your phone.
• You just dont love the design
• and lots more.....
Get rid of the damn thing...
Have been rocking it for some days and very pissed with it, i would like to share how to get back to the previous version.


if your blackberry application memory is low i would advise you to delete the new bbm 8.0 before re-downloading the bbm 7.0, so your blackberry wont hang while downloading

To delete your current Blackberry Messenger: *open panel/tray* goto> *options* >> *device* >> *application management* *select blackberry messenger* then *delete*!! (with straight face)
