Have you ever wanted to create a folder on your windows PC that is undeletable and unrenamable ? Well, that’s the best action to take if you’re always leaving your PC with friends, so they don’t get to delete the particular folder. Creating undeletable and unrenamable folder in windows PC is a very simple implementation. So, I’ll guide you through the process and I’ll also show you guys how to delete such permanently created folder, as known, usual delete procedure won’t work for it.

How to Create an Undeletable and Unrenamable folders in Windows

1.       Go to start and search for Run.

2.       Input cmd and hit enter.

4.       Next, you’ll need to create the folder in root directory for it to work. Simply type input D: or E: and hit the enter button.

5.       After that, input the command md con and hit enter to make directory.

6.       You can also replace the word “con” with words like aux, lpt1, lpt2 up to lpt9, as it’s the name given to the folder

7.       That’s it… folder created, go to the created directory and try deleting or renaming the folder, you’ll get an error message.

Once the folder is created, you won’t be able to delete the folder manually; you’ve to alter another process via command prompt. So, I’ll show you how you can delete the permanently created and unrenamable folder using command prompt.

How to delete the undeletable folder?

1.       Open the command prompt program

2.       Type D: ( only if the foler was created in D: drive) and hit enter

3.       Type rd con (rd - remove directory)

4.       Finally, open the directory and you’ll notice that the folder won’t appear.

Since text blogs are used only for experimental reasons, I set them up in a way different from the way I set up my main blogs. First of all, I ensure that they are not listed in public listing of blogger, not visible to search engines; not appear in my Google+ or blogger profile page. Atimes, I also set them up in a way that no one else can view it except me.

Luckily, Blogger allows us to set up any number of blogs for FREE and also makes it easy to create a Blog on Blogger with the settings highlighted above.

How To Get Started

==> Go to www.blogger.com and sign in with your Google account details.

==> Choose a name for your test blog e.g My Test Blog 1
==> Next you will need to choose your blog address (something.blogspot.com). Try to use an address which is unlikely to be used by other Bloggers
==> Choose one of the default templates and create your blog.

The next screen invites you to make your first post. This is actually quite important as having a few posts in your test blog will be of great benefit in seeing how your experiments will work when you try them out. 

I recommend you change a few settings as explained below, before adding posts to your test blog. 

1. Go to Settings tab.
2. Go to Basic sub-tab.
3. Add description for the test blog eg a test blog for testing templates and scripts.
4. Via "Privacy", Set No for Add your blog to our listings? option and also Set No for Let search engines find your blog? option as seen in the screenshot below:

After configuring these settings, neither your test blog will be indexed by search engines, nor it will be displayed in public search listings of blogger blogs.

How To Restrict Readers From Viewing the Test Blog

1. Go to Settings tab.
2. Go to Basic sub-tab.
2. Scroll down to Permissions.
3. In Blog Readers section, select the "Private - Only blog authors" option.

After configuring this option, no one can view your blog except you.

Disconnecting Test Blog From Google+ Profile

If youve linked your Google+ profile with your Blogger account, you can follow the steps below to disconnect your test blog from auto-sharing the posts on your test blog on Google+ :

==> Go to Google+ tab of your test blog
==> Scroll down and click on "Disable Google+ Link"

If youre still using Blogger Profile instead of Google+ profile, go to your dashboard, click "edit profile", select blogs to display and uncheck your test blog from the listing. 

So, How Do I Add Posts To My Test Blog?

For posts in your first test blog, you can copy some individual posts (eg 10 posts) from your main blog making sure each post has at least an image in it. Also ensure you add at least one label to each post. The images and labels will be useful when testing templates with featured images and label widgets. 

When creating more test blogs, you can simply import posts from your first test blog to the new test blogs. 

You can also easily generate a paragraph or two of dummy text using the Lorem Ipsum generatorbut ensure you add images and labels to the posts. 

Now you can use your test blog for whatever experiments you choose! You can upload your existing template to test new modifications, try out your scripts or codes, or even try a new Blogger template youve downloaded somewhere!

When you have finished using your test blog, you can easily delete it by going to Settings >Other and choosing the "Delete blog" option. Once you do this, the blog will be deleted forever. Also the blog url will be released and available for others to use instead.

The same option doesn’t exist in macOS but if you’re looking for a way to add it, New File Menu is an app you should check out. It’s a macOS app that costs $1.99 in the Mac App Store and it perfectly mimics the new file from context menu feature in Windows on macOS. The app works as a Finder extension and lets you choose which apps should appear in the right-click context menu.


Install New File Menu and enable it as a Finder extension. To do so, open the Settings app, go to Extensions and enable it.



Right-click inside a Finder window and you will see options to create a new text file, a new RTF document, a new Pages document, etc. The options are added regardless if you have the Pages or any of the MS Office apps installed. To customize which new file options appear in the right-click context menu, go to New File Menu’s preferences.



The ‘Templates’ tab in New File Menu’s preferences lets you choose which apps should appear in the right-click context menu. You can also change the order the apps appear in.



By default, New File Menu will only create a new file which is exactly what happens in Windows. The file is created but it isn’t opened and the app the file belongs to isn’t launched. With New File Menu you have the option to automatically open the file once it’s been created. To enable it, go to the General tab in the app’s preferences and enable the ‘Open file on creation finish’ option.



For $1.99, the app is awesome and the functionality it adds is exceptionally useful.

6. Paypal would deduct $1.95 from your card which they’ll refund in 24hrs. Now, your bank will alert you via SMS or email with a code which you’ll use in completing the whole verification process.

Among the long list of the functionality of paintCAD, were gonna discuss how to create animated gif images.
This animated gif image below was actually created with paintCAD.

Since some mobile browsers are static, you might not see the animated effect (if you are on mobile) except you download the image and view it on your phone.

How to Pack Animated Gif Images with PaintCAD

Before I we continue, let me throw a speck of light on animated gif images. An animated gif image is primarily composed of a set of images (called frames) that is packed to a single gif image. For the animation to take effect, it displays the first frame, the second, the third, and continues to the last frame, them it starts afresh.
So what paintCAD actually does is to pack the frames (in gif format) to a single gif and thus its animated.
Also note that paintCAD cannot pack gif images it didnt create or save.

Fire up paintCAD, and select 8bpp mode. Create a new image or open an existing one — the first frame. Mine is just a text as you can see below:

Press "0" (zero) > Save > GIF, and save it as 1.gif.
Next, create/open the second image — the second frame.

This time, save it to 2.gif

Create the subsequent frames and save it to gif format as 3.gif, 4.gif, 5.gif ... 10.gif, etc — it doesnt have limit to the number of images allowed. For example mine is 12.
When youre done with creating the images, press "0" (zero), press the right navigation key twice and select "Pack aniGIF". 



Navigate to the folder where you saved the images previously and select it.

Press Options and select "In this folder".
Now, write the name you want the animated image to be saved to and ok it.
Now, paintCAD will display the number of frames, press Ok to trigger the packing process.
The packed gif file is usually saved in the folder containing the just packed images.

How to Unpack Animated Gif Images with PaintCAD

Apart from packing animated gif images as we did above, paintCAD can also be used to unpack gif images.

To do this, press "0" (in the painting window), the right navigation key twice and select "Unpack aniGIF".
Select the gif file to be unpacked. The unpacked images is usually saved in the last opened folder or E root.

• Right click on Command Prompt and select ‘Run as Administrator’ in case you have searched for cmd in the Windows 10 Taskbar.
• Once the Command Prompt window appears, type diskpart and hit enter. Wait until the diskpart utility runs in another window.
• In the new diskpart window, type list disk and hit enter. It will show you all active disks on your computer.

Most probably, you will see two Disk types.

• Disk 0 for hard drive and,
• Disk 1 for your USB Flash Drive with its total capacity.

Since we are going to work on to create bootable USB drive, we will work with Disk 1.

• Type select disk 1 in the same windows and hit Enter. You will get a message ‘Disk 1 is now the selected disk’. That means, any further operation that you do will affect your disk 1 directly.
• Type clean and hit Enter to remove all of the data in the USB drive. Clean command will format your bootable drive. You will get a message like ‘Diskpart succeeded in cleaning the disk’.
• Type create partition primary and hitEnter. You will get a message likeDiskpart succeeded in creating the specified partition.
• Type select partition 1 and hit Enter. It will choose partition 1 for setting up it as an active partition.
• Type active and hit Enter. It will activate the current partition.
• Type format fs=ntfs quick and hitEnter. This command will format your current partition as NTFS file system quickly.
• Type exit and hit Enter. Exit command will close the Diskpart program. But do not close the command prompt Windows.

Copying files from an ISO image on your PC/DVD to USB manually:

Now all you need to do open the files inside the DVD or ISO file, copy it and paste inside USB manually. This will make your USB drive bootable

Copying files from a DVD to USB using CMD:

Let us assume that the USB drive is the G: drive and the DVD installer is located on drive E:. And, you also have inserted a DVD inside the DVD drive from where you want to copy the data to create a bootable USB drive.

By default, Command Prompt’s active directory for Administrator permission is on C:WindowsSystem32>. We will navigate Command Prompt to set on DVD (E:) as its active directory. Remember there should be a DVD inside DVD installer.

• Just type E: then hit Enter, and then the active directory is changed to E.
• Type cd boot and hit Enter. Now the active directory is changed to E: oot>
• Type bootsect /nt60 g: and hit Enter. It will create the boot sector on G: drive (USB Flash drive).
• Type exit and hit Enter to close the Command Prompt.

Until this step, we have been successfully able to create a bootable USB drive and the flash drive is ready to be used as a boot media.

To install Windows from a bootable USB drive, we just need to copy the whole installation files contained on the DVD installer to the USB flash drive.

• To do this, open the Command Prompt as in previous steps.
• Once the command prompt is open, type copy e:*.* /s/e/f g: and then press Enter. Wait until all the files in the DVD installer are copied onto the flash drive. Please double check the drive letter of your USB and DVD. Here, here de is the drive letter of the DVD drive that holds the Windows DVD, g is the drive letter that you assigned to the external USB Stick.

Now bootable USB drive is ready to be used for installing Windows from the Flash drive and you’re done.
